Xu Guangqi or Hsü Kuang-ch'i (April 24, 1562 – November 8, 1633), also known by his baptismal name Paul, was a Chinese agronomist, astronomer, mathematician, politician, and writer during the Ming dynasty.

Xu Guangqi (born April 24, 1562, Shanghai, China—died Nov. 8, 1633, Beijing) was an official of the Ming dynasty (1368–1644), and the most influential Chinese convert to Christianity before the 20th century.

Xu Guangqi (em chinês tradicional: 徐光啟) ou Paulo Siu ou ainda Paulo Xu (1562 - 1633) foi um letrado, mandarim, agrónomo, astrónomo e matemático chinês e católico na dinastia Ming. Xu Guangqi fez uma carreira de sucesso na burocracia chinesa, tendo conseguido o cargo de primeiro-ministro.
Xu Guangqi (Traditional Chinese: 徐光啟; Simplified Chinese: 徐光启; Hanyu Pinyin: Xú Guāngqǐ; Wade-Giles: Hsu Kuang-ch'i, Christian name Paul Hsü) (1562 – 1633), courtesy name Zixian (子先), was a Chinese bureaucrat, agricultural scientist, astronomer, and mathematician of the Ming Dynasty.
Xu Guangqi (or Xu Guang-qi) is also known as Hsu Kuang-ch'i. He obtained the highest level in the civil-service examination having been educated in astronomy and calendar computation. He rose in importance to eventually become the leading minister in the Imperial Court of the Ming Dynasty.
