Valerie Anne Hoyle (née Toomey; born February 14, 1964) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Oregon's 4th congressional district since 2023. Until 2023, she served as the commissioner of Oregon's Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) [2] (commonly called the "Labor Commissioner").
