Arthur Christ Agnos (born Arthouros Agnos; September 1, 1938) is an American politician. He served as the 39th mayor of San Francisco, California from 1988 to 1992 and as the Regional Head of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development from 1993 to 2001.

Art Agnos had extensive experience in executive roles and decision-making at the federal, state, and government level as the Mayor of San Francisco, member of the California State Assembly, California Unemployment Appeals Board, and as a senior Presidential Appointee in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
