Kathy Ellen Manning (born December 3, 1956) is an American lawyer and politician from North Carolina, presently representing the state's 6th congressional district. A member of the Democratic Party, her district is in the heart of the Piedmont Triad and includes Greensboro and most of Winston-Salem.
In addition to her leadership on the Education and Labor and Foreign Affairs Committees, Kathy is the Co-Chair of the House Bipartisan Taskforce for Combatting Antisemitism and a member of the New Democrat Coalition. Kathy is also recognized for her leadership to lower the cost of health care.
