Anne Morgan, Baroness Hunsdon (c. 1529 – 19 January 1607) was an English official. She was the wife of Henry Carey, 1st Baron Hunsdon, by whom she had a total of 13 children.

When Anne Morgan was born about 1529, in Kingstone, Herefordshire, England, her father, Sir Thomas Morgan, was 36 and her mother, Anne Whitney, was 33. She married Henry Carey 1st Baron Hunsdon on 21 May 1545.

In 1568, Anne Morgan Carey, baroness Hunsdon, travelled to the northern fortress of Berwick-upon-Tweed. When she arrived, she took charge of managing the garrison including financing the food, supplies, and even the salaries of the senior officers, while her husband, Henry Carey, was out patrolling the Anglo-Scottish border.
