Sinopse. Overnight Sensation is a 1984 short film directed by Jon Bloom, based loosely on W. Somerset Maugham's short story "The Colonel's Lady." After housewife Eve Peregrine writes a sudden hit novel, her husband George, a successful fashion photographer, finds it difficult to deal with the attention being showered on her.

Overnight Sensation: Dirigido por Robert Benjamin, Al Jarry, Rico Manzini. Com Sharon Thorpe, John Leslie, Annette Haven, Joey Silvera. A group of actors are made to perform various sex fantasies for a pseudo-documentary film. The fantasies are shot in a surrealistic manner.
The plot concerns director Max (John Leslie) and his attempt to make a sex film where his handpicked stars act out their fantasies. A wrench is thrown into the proceedings when one of the women fails to show up after the casting call and his girlfriend/wife Susie (Sharon Thorpe) volunteers.
