Sinopse. Durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial, na Normandia, um batalhão britânico está avançando pelo território Francês quando o soldado Saul (Gabriel Byrne) encontra uma bela mulher em uma fazenda abandonada e acaba se sentindo atraído por ela.
