The best Michael Biehn film you've never heard of (I've been down that road). Also known as Crash (yes, that other other one), Breach of Trust has a smooth sense for genre terrain, a cult supporting cast, a refreshingly laid back Biehn and a mid90s plot of disks and mainframes.
