The Three Musketeers (French: Les Trois Mousquetaires, [le tʁwɑ muskətɛːʁ]) is a French historical adventure novel written in 1844 by French author Alexandre Dumas. It is the first of the author's three d'Artagnan Romances. As with some of his other works, he wrote it in collaboration with ghostwriter Auguste Maquet.

Os Três Mosqueteiros é um romance histórico escrito pelo francês Alexandre Dumas. Inicialmente publicado como folhetim no jornal Le Siècle de março a julho de 1844, foi posteriormente lançado como livro, ainda em 1844, pelas Edições Baudry, e reeditado em 1846 por J. B. Fellens e L. P. Dufour com ilustrações de Vivant Beaucé.
