Tamika Renee Montgomery-Reeves (born April 29, 1981) is an American lawyer who serves as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She previously served as an Associate Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court.

Before joining the bench, she gained expertise in corporate law as an associate and partner in private practice.

She has served on the state Supreme Court since January 2020 as an Associate Justice. Prior to that she was Vice Chancellor on the Court of Chancery from November 2015 to November 2019.
