Simon Denis Brown, Baron Brown of Eaton-under-Heywood, PC (9 April 1937 – 7 July 2023) was a British barrister and judge. He was a Law Lord, then a Justice of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom from 2009 to 2012.

Simon Denis Brown, Baron Brown of Eaton-under-Heywood, PC (9 April 1937 – 7 July 2023) was a British lawyer and former Justice of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. [2] Brown was appointed a High Court Judge in 1984 and assigned to the Queen's Bench Division , receiving a knighthood on his appointment.

He now sits in the House of Lords as a working crossbench peer.
