Julian Charles Schnabel is born on October 26 in Brooklyn, New York, as the youngest of three children. His parents are Jack Schnabel, an immigrant from Czechoslovakia, and Esther Schnabel from New York. 1965. The family moves to Brownsville, Texas, a small Gulf Coast town on the Mexican border.
