Roderic Jean Brind'Amour ( / ˈbrɪndəˌmʊər /; born August 9, 1970) is a Canadian professional ice hockey coach and former player who is the head coach for the Carolina Hurricanes of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the first round, ninth overall, by the St. Louis Blues in the 1988 NHL Entry Draft.
Rod Brind'Amour is a former NHL player and current coach. He played 1484 games for the St. Louis Blues, Philadelphia Flyers and Carolina Hurricanes, scoring 452 goals and 732 assists.
