    Julian Andrew Dicks (born 8 August 1968) is an English football coach and former footballer, currently manager of Heybridge Swifts. Playing from 1985 until 2002, he was a left back, notably in the Premier League for West Ham United and Liverpool. He was voted West Ham's player of the year four times between 1990 and 1997.
