Amy Hood (born August 9, 1971), is an American business executive serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft since 2013. Hood is the first female CFO in Microsoft's history.
Hood joined Microsoft in 2002 and became EVP and CFO in 2013. Through her tenure with the company, she has advanced global momentum in cloud and helped Microsoft and its customers drive growth through technological shifts, including this new era of AI.
