Roy Edward Disney KCSG (January 10, 1930 – December 16, 2009) was an American businessman. He was the longtime senior executive for the Walt Disney Company, which was founded by his uncle, Walt Disney, and his father, Roy O. Disney.

Roy Edward Disney was a producer, writer and director of Disney films and TV shows. He was the nephew of Walt Disney and a board member of the company until his resignation in 2003.

Roy E. Disney is internationally known for his involvement in the world sailing community and has held several sailing speed records including the Chicago-to-Mackinac, Newport-Bermuda and the Los Angeles to-Hawaii Transpac (a transit of just under seven-and-a-half days, set in 1999.)
