Pierre Trentin (Créteil, 15 de maio de 1944) é um desportista francês que competiu no ciclismo na modalidade de pista, especialista nas provas de velocidade, contrarrelógio e tandem.
Pierre Trentin est un coureur cycliste sur piste français, né le 15 mai 1944 à Créteil, et ayant passé son enfance à Noiseau. Avec deux médailles d'or et deux de bronze aux Jeux olympiques, ainsi que trois titres de champion du monde, il est l'un des athlètes les plus titrés en cyclisme sur piste dans les années 1960 et au début des années 1970.
Pierre Trentin (born 15 May 1944) is a retired French cyclist who was active between 1961 and 1984. He was most successful in sprint track events, in which he won two gold and two bronze Olympic medals, as well as 11 medals at world championships.

France’s Pierre Trentin was favored, having won the World Championship earlier in the year in Paris, after placing third in the event in 1962-63. At the 1964 Worlds, Trentin had defeated his teammate, Daniel Morelon, in the final, with third-place going to Italy’s Sergio Bianchetto (ITA), who had won Olympic gold in 1960 in the tandem.
