Philip Toll Hill Jr., ( Miami, 20 de abril de 1927 – Salinas, 28 de agosto de 2008) foi um piloto automobilístico norte-americano, campeão mundial de Fórmula 1 em 1961. Foi o primeiro americano de nascimento que ganhou um campeonato de Fórmula 1, alcançado em 1961.

Sua estreia aconteceu no ano de 1958, no GP da França, pela Maserati. Na ocasião, ele terminou na 7ª colocação.
