Phillip Peter Dutton, OAM (born 13 September 1963) is an Australian-born Olympic-level equestrian rider competing in eventing for the United States of America. He is a dual Olympic gold medalist who formerly competed for his country of birth but now competes for the USA.

Phillip won his second Pan American team gold medal at the 2015 Toronto Games with Fernhill Fugitive. A highlight of his career came when he won his first individual Olympic medal at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Games, taking bronze with Mighty Nice.

Dutton has competed in every Olympic Games since 1996, winning team gold with Australia in 1996 and 2000, and as a member of the U.S. team in 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2020. He won individual bronze with Mighty Nice at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
