John Sidney Blyth Barrymore ( Filadélfia, 14 de fevereiro de 1882 — Los Angeles, 29 de maio de 1942) foi um ator americano. He began his career in 1903 and first gained attention as a stage actor in light comedy, then high drama, culminating in productions of Justice (1916), Richard III (1920), and Hamlet (1922); his portrayal of Hamlet led to him being called the "greatest living American tragedian".
John Barrymore was a legendary American actor of stage and screen, known for his roles in Don Juan, Beau Brummel, and Twentieth Century. He was a member of the famous Barrymore family and a heavy drinker who suffered from alcoholism and old age.
