HOWARD LARAVEA. Born September 17, 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Howard showed interest in music at an early age. His mother was the youth director at church and being there with her allowed him to hang with the big kids and be in the youth choir.
Three Dog Night is an American rock band formed in 1967, founded by vocalists Chuck Negron, Cory Wells, and Danny Hutton. This lineup was soon augmented by Jimmy Greenspoon (keyboards), Joe Schermie (bass), Michael Allsup (guitar), and Floyd Sneed (drums).
The hit filled concerts are performed for generation-spanning audiences by Danny Hutton (founder/lead vocalist) and Michael Allsup (guitar), Paul Kingery (bass/vocals), Pat Bautz (drums), Howard Laravea (keyboards) and David Morgan (vocals).
Howard Laravea is a multi-instrumentalist, arranger, composer, and producer who has worked with many artists and bands, including Three Dog Night, Gretchen Wilson, and Tanya Tucker. He is known for his skills on the B-3 organ and has performed at iconic venues and events, such as Carnegie Hall and the Super Bowl.

Howard Laravea is an accomplished keyboardist, vocalist and musical director. Most recently he was the musical director for platinum-selling country sensation Gretchen Wilson on her 2005 world tour, where he also played keyboards and sang vocals.
