AETHUK. HAY, MAEQUIS OF TWEEDDALE. By Eobert Gray, Esq. ARTHUR HAY, 9th Marquis of Tweeddale, F.E.S., and president of the Zoological Society of London, was born on the 9th November 1824. He was the second son of his father, the 8th Marquis, who was a distinguished soldier, and the first agriculturalist of his time.
