Calendar Girls. When twelve ordinary members of the Women's Institute, a prim and proper local ladies' club, decide they need to find a more compelling way to raise money for a new charity, they turn to their traditional annual calendar and give it a very untraditional twist.

Sinopse. A história real de Chris e Annie, amigas diferentes entre si mas inseparáveis, que vivem numa pequena cidade inglesa. Chris é integrante do Women's Institute, uma associação nacional que congrega senhoras em torno de atividades, como feitura de doces e geleias, jardinagem ou tricô.
Synopsis. Based on a true story, eleven middle-aged Englishwomen pose nude for their annual Women's Institute calendar as a fund-raiser for the local hospital. Chris (Helen Mirren) gets the idea to raise money for the hospital after Annie's (Julie Walters) husband dies of leukemia.
