John Anthony Zaccaro (born April 5, 1933) is an American real estate developer and owner of P. Zaccaro & Company, which was founded by his father Philip Zaccaro. The company acts as a landlord for properties in the Little Italy, Chinatown, and East Side areas of Manhattan and previously in Queens.
John Zaccaro Jr. is an American politician serving as a member of the New York State Assembly for the 80th district. Elected in November 2022, he assumed office on January 1, 2023. Early life. Zaccaro was born and raised in the Bronx in New York City.
With over 14 years of local service to the Bronx community, including his stellar tenure as Chief of Staff for Councilmember Rafael Salamanca, John enters the 80 th District of the New York State Assembly with a sense of rejuvenation and vigor.
