With Ángel Sampedro 'Angelillo', Pilar Muñoz, Carmen Amaya, Manuel Arbó. Angelillo is a young and handsome cantaor in love with Carmen, the daughter of the town's undertaker. After getting caught up in an absurd tavern brawl, the man is wrongly blamed for murder and imprisoned.
