Radio Free Albemuth is the debut solo album by bassist Stuart Hamm, released in 1988 on Relativity Records. Hamm is backed up by guitarists Allan Holdsworth and Joe Satriani. The title of the album and many of the songs were inspired by the novels of Philip K. Dick .
"Radio Free Albemuth" is a 1989 album by Stuart Hamm. Allan plays some SynthAxe melody lines as well as a long, rousing SynthAxe solo on the progressive/fusion title track, that sounds as if it has been run through a Marshall stack.

Allan Holdsworth (6 August 1946 – 15 April 2017) was a British jazz fusion and progressive rock guitarist, violinist and composer. He contributed to numerous bands, including Soft Machine, U.K., The Tony Williams Lifetime, Pierre Moerlen's Gong and Bruford, in addition to solo work.
