Jarrid "Jay" Collins (born April 28, 1976) is an American politician serving as a member of the Florida Senate for the 14th district. He assumed office on November 8, 2022.
Jarrid “Jay” Collins is a highly-decorated Army Special Forces combat veteran and Purple Heart recipient with over two decades of service. He has answered our nation’s call time and again, even serving five years as an active duty Green Beret following the amputation of his leg.
Collins has fought to protect and provide for American families for over two decades. He’s ready to continue that fight and champion an agenda that lowers taxes, keeps our communities safe, and puts Tampa first. Our government was designed to be of the people, by the people, and for the people.
