  7. Sega Technical Institute was a San Francisco, CA development studio run by Sega of America between 1989 and 1996. The studio produced three original titles, Kid Chameleon , Comix Zone , and The Ooze , and also assisted other Sega divisions with development, notably Sonic the Hedgehog 2 with Sonic Team, and Die Hard Arcade with Sega AM1.
