Jonathan Arthur "Chico" DeBarge (born June 23, 1966) is an American R&B singer and musician. DeBarge was formally a member of the DeBarge family musical group DeBarge. As a solo artist, he scored a 1986 US Top Forty hit with the song "Talk to Me".
This culminated in a record deal, the inclusion of her song “Disco” on the Rush Hour soundtrack—earning her a platinum plaque—and her debut album “Black Butterfly,” which achieved Billboard chart success.

Chico DeBarge is a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist, member of the legendary DeBarge family and a pioneer of the neo-soul movement. DeBarge first debuted in 1986 as a solo.
