3 de dez. de 2021 · Danes Hill School is widely recognised as one of the leading co-educational day preparatory schools in the country. Situated in 55 acres of landscaped ground in the village of Oxshott, Surrey, Danes Hill provides children aged 3 to 13 with a dynamic and exciting education.
The history of Danes Hill is an interesting one, reflecting as it does many of the social and economic changes in British life during its formative years as a private house, and important educational changes after becoming a school. The major impetus for the construction of the house was the opening of the railway line through Oxshott in 1884.
Admissions Points. Children are welcome to join Danes Hill School in any year group but the main points of entry are Nursery (rising 3s), Reception (4+), Year 3 (7+) and Year 7 (11+). As places in every year group are limited early registration is encouraged in order to avoid disappointment.
