Menlo School, commonly referred to as just Menlo, is a private college preparatory school in Atherton, California, United States. The school comprises a middle school, grades 6–8, with approximately 230 students and a high school, grades 9–12, with about 580 students.

Menlo School is a nonsectarian, co-ed school for grades 6-12 with a mission to empower students to explore, expand, and lead. It offers 16 AP courses, 14 sports, 26 extracurriculars, and financial aid to 21% of students.
Menlo School has its origins as a military school, the William Warren School, begun in 1915 with an initial enrollment of 13 boys. In 1924, Mr. Warren, the founding headmaster, sold the school to a group of interested parents who sought a fresh identity: thus the Menlo School for boys was incorporated and the military program dropped.
