Bailey Matthews (born 30 December 1996) is an American-English professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on their NXT brand under the ring name Charlie Dempsey. He is a member of the No Quarter Catch Crew stable. He is a former one-time NXT Heritage Cup Champion.
