Eat (NXT Soundtrack) is a soundtrack extended play (EP) by American singer Poppy. It was released on June 8, 2021 by Sumerian Records in promotion of the show WWE NXT. Although no official singles were released, several of the songs were promoted at various events throughout 2021.

is the fourth extended play (EP) by Poppy. The EP was released on June 8th, 2021 in partnership with WWE NXT, serving as the program's soundtrack for 2021.
On March 14th, 2021, Poppy performed the then-unreleased song "EAT" at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards. Poppy also debuted "Say Cheese" at NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver on April 8th, 2021, advertising the show with its new theme.
Poppy surprised fans with the release of the EP on June 8th, 2021, releasing it at NXT TakeOver: In Your House and promoting it on her social media. With this, Poppy also announced merchandise for the EP. The EP was only released to streaming services, though a physical cassette release is also available on the Sumerian Records Merch website.
Poppy promoted the EP alongside her fourth studio album Flux and later her fifth extended play Stagger on the Never Find My Place Tour and Spirits On Fire Tour.
•The EP marks Poppy's studio production debut, being the sole producer herself.
•Poppy recorded the EP with her backing band, consisting of Matt McJunkins, Nicolas Perez, Ralph Alexander and Ted Gowans.
