Rolf Undsæt Løvland (born 19 April 1955) is a Norwegian composer, lyricist, arranger, and pianist. Together with Fionnuala Sherry, he formed the Celtic-Nordic group Secret Garden, in which he was the composer, producer, and keyboardist.

Rolf Undsæt Løvland (født 19. april 1955 i Kristiansand) er en norsk musiker og komponist. Han komponerte Norges to første vinnermelodier i Eurovision Song Contest; «La det swinge» i 1985, og «Nocturne» i 1995. Løvland har skrevet flere andre kjente sanger, der «You Raise Me Up» har hatt størst suksess.
