Will Heggie (a.k.a. “Bill”) was a childhood friend of Robin Guthrie and a founding member of Cocteau Twins. He and Robin had been members of another local Grangemouth, Scotland, band called The Heat.

Sui generis. Technically not complicated but challenging to play with the right feel. Here's a good tutorial.
