  4. 22 de out. de 2010 · My all-time favourite sax solo of any rock/blues/pop category has to be Lenny on Little Feat's "Mercenary Territory", on the "Waiting For Columbus" live album. I've been mesmerized since 1984 or 85 when I first heard it.

  7. 4 de ago. de 2014 · Lenny Pickett is one of those tenor saxophonists who people have heard over and over and, if they're not paying attention, they don't realize it. If they are listening, they will probably pick up on his wailing altissimo phrases and his ballsy, funky sound.
