Cecily April Adams (February 6, 1958 – March 3, 2004) was an American actress, casting director, and lyricist.
Cecily Adams (1958-2004) was the daughter of Don Adams and a versatile performer in film, TV and theatre. She also worked as a casting director for many shows and movies, and taught audition technique.

Cecily Adams (6 February 1958 – 3 March 2004; age 46) was an actress and casting director who played Ishka in four episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She also did a cameo as a holographic patron in Vic's Lounge in the seventh season episode "What You Leave Behind".
Cecily Adams was an actress and casting director best known to Star Trek fans for her portrayal of Ishka on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Although she played Armin Shimerman and Max Grodénchik’s mother on the series, she was nine and six years their junior respectively.
