Storm Front - Billy Joel. By 1989, it had been three years since Billy Joel had released The Bridge and his daughter Alexa was born (in late 1985). Although The Bridge sold reasonably well and Billy had played historic concerts in the Soviet Union resulting in the 1987 live album Kohuept, he was in a bit of a rut.
