The Roy H. Park School of Communications is one of five schools at Ithaca College, in Ithaca, New York, United States. The school is named after media executive Roy H. Park, who lived in Ithaca and who served on the board of trustees at Ithaca College for many years.
In the Roy H. Park School of Communications we continue to build on our tradition of blending and balancing liberal arts and professional, theoretical, and practical studies. We explore, create, and practice communication in its many forms, educating agile, adaptable thinkers, ethical professionals, and lifelong learners.
Roy Hampton Park (15 September 1910 – 25 October 1993) was an American entrepreneur and media mogul. He is known for creating the Duncan Hines brand of packaged food products, and for his television/radio/newspaper conglomerate, Park Communications.
