In July 2015, bandmate Vince Votta sued Scott Weiland for refusing to help the band promote Art of Anarchy's debut album. Weiland also refused to take part in music videos after he agreed to write and perform the lyrics for the ten songs for the album.

Art of Anarchy is the first studio album by American rock band Art of Anarchy, released on June 2, 2015. It is the band's only album to feature vocalist Scott Weiland, who distanced himself from the project soon after its release. This was also Weiland's final album before his death on December 3, 2015.

Talvez pelo tom despretensioso que Scott Weiland deu ao projeto, o primeiro disco do Art Of Anarchy não é bom. Soa pouco inspirado, como um projeto genérico de post-grunge.
