Croakin' at Toad's is a live album by jam band supergroup Frogwings. The group's sole release, it was recorded at Toad's Place in New Haven, Connecticut and The Wetlands in New York, New York, and was released on CD in 2000 by Butch Trucks' label Flying Frog Records.
The following year, the group released their only album, Croakin' at Toad's, recorded live at Toad's Place in New Haven, Connecticut, and released on Butch Trucks' Flying Frog label. Frogwings also performed at the First Annual Jammy Awards that year, with Susan Tedeschi as vocalist.
Derek Trucks (born June 8, 1979) is an American guitarist, songwriter, and founder of The Derek Trucks Band. He became an official member of The Allman Brothers Band in 1999. In 2010, he formed the Tedeschi Trucks Band with his wife, blues singer/guitarist Susan Tedeschi.

They call themselves Frogwings, and their new CD is Croakin’ at Toad’s. Frogwings could be described as a kind of offshoot of the Allman Brothers Band, with founding member Butch Trucks on drums, and the current percussionist and bassist from the Allmans, Marc Quinones and Otiel Burbridge, also among the ranks of the Frogwings.
The entire tour was recorded for a live album, eventually entitled "Croakin' At Toad's", released in late 2000. After the album was released, Dean Budnick interviewed Derek Trucks, again for Jambands.com , in which the younger Trucks reflected on the band's genesis, tour and future.
