Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster KG PC (27 January 1795 – 31 October 1869), styled The Honourable Richard Grosvenor from 1795 to 1802, Viscount Belgrave from 1802 to 1831 and Earl Grosvenor from 1831 to 1845, was an English politician, landowner, property developer and benefactor.
The Marquess wears military uniform under the mantle and collar of the order of the Garter. He had been made a Knight of the Garter on 6 July 1857. He was a Member of Parliament from 1818-35, Lord-Lieutenant of Cheshire 1845-67 and Lord Steward 1850-2.
Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster (1795–1869) was a politician, land owner, and philanthropist. He was a member of the Grosvenor family, whose main country seat was Eaton Hall near Chester.

In 1845 on the death of his father, Grosvenor became the 2nd Marquess of Westminster. He pursued the family interest in horse racing, and when he was staying at his country estate of Eaton Hall near Chester, he spent time hunting and fishing.
