Elana Eden (Hebrew: אילנה עדן, born Elana Lani Cooper; 1 May 1940) is an Israeli actress of film, television, and stage, best known for her film debut as the title role in 20th Century Fox's biblical epic The Story of Ruth (1960).

A beautiful, talented Israeli Jew of Polish-Russian parentage, Elana Eden was already an established theatrical star in her homeland before she became a star in Hollywood. She was one of the five finalists for the title role in The Diary of Anne Frank (1959) until Millie Perkins got the part.
