  1. Edward Priaulx Tennant, 1st Baron Glenconner (31 May 1859 – 21 November 1920), known as Sir Edward Tennant, 2nd Baronet, from 1906 to 1911, was a Scottish businessman and Liberal politician. In 1911 he was raised to the peerage as Baron Glenconner.

  3. Edward Priaulx Tennant, 1st Baron Glenconner, born on 31 May 1859, was the son of Sir Charles Clow Tennant of The Glen, 1st Bt. and Emma Winsloe. He married Pamela Adelaide Genevieve Wyndham, daughter of Hon. Percy Scawen Wyndham and Madeline Caroline Frances Eden Campbell, on 11 July 1895.

  4. Also in 1911 he became Lord High Commissioner of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, a post he held through 1914. His eldest son having been killed in action in World War I in 1916, Tennant was succeeded by his second son, Christopher Grey Tennant, as 2nd baron Glenconner.
