Charles Grey, 2.º Conde Grey KG PC (Fallodon, 13 de março de 1764 – Howick, 17 de julho de 1845), foi um diplomata e político ligado ao partido whig, de tendência liberal, tendo sido Primeiro-ministro do Reino Unido entre 1830 e 1834.
