9 de mar. de 2022 · Say, if you use Spotify, right click the audio icon on the toolbar tray (bottom right) and click Open Volume Mixer. The apps using sound will be listed, click Spotify and for Output Device, change it from Default to your sound device. This way, Spotify will bypass the equalizer and play directly on your sound device.

Pushing it beyond that usually results in overkill, and degrades the listening experience. Anything else is basically up to you, and your personal preference!
