Originally it was a plot point in the first run that her appearance was slowly changing as Trigon’s influence on her increased. After Trigon was defeated and purged from Raven, she was initially restored to her softer appearance again, but for whatever reason when Perez returned to the title he started drawing her with sharper features again.
