I need to sometimes call Americans on a professional basis, business to business. They always start their conversations with "how are you?". What am I even expected to reply here?
I've noticed that no one else of these people but americans (for the most part) are so OPTIMISTIC, POSITIVE about life, regardless the fact this we are talking about personal or business life. Really.
