Twelve young actors from the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School (BOVTS) were given the rare opportunity to integrate ‘motion capture’ into their film acting earlier this month, thanks to expert instruction and cutting-edge cameras provided at the University of Bath.

5 de ago. de 2024 · Pat Heywood, 1931–2024. Bristol Old Vic Theatre School is deeply saddened to learn of the death of Pat Heywood, who graduated from the School in 1953. Pat’s career began shortly after her graduation when she played Rowena in the premiere of Slade and Reynolds’ Salad Days at Bristol Old Vic.

Open to alumni and theatre enthusiasts, attendees embraced the familiar music of Julian Slade and Dorothy Reynolds which has become synonymous with the Theatre School itself.
