Outstats badly, her Analytic capacities would make her discover William's weaknesses, can resist his Mind control with her will, Gloomy Sunday's mind control, or just jumping Springtrap with her Monokumas and even if Springtrap wants to possess them they will detonate and kill Springtrap (And it doesn't help one of Afton's weaknesses is heat)

Eventually, Vanessa is able to muster enough strength to go up against her father, but the heroic effort leaves her in a coma.
